Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee may be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Due to the customized nature of beauty services, all service and deposit payments are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you agree to notify us within 48 hours so we may provide an adjustment if appropriate.
